We knew about the referb work at the hotel but found the hotel to be tired and in urgent need of the referb. We stayed in the hotel 13 years previously and really enjoyed our stay but I guess the passing of time affected it. I'm sure it will be lovely when it gets completed.

The place to return.

Stayed seven times at the hotel. We will return again. Staff is the best! Food breakfast is delicious, the lady doing omelettes is the star. Italian restaurant is the place for dinner.

Beautiful property! The service from everyone was outstanding and the views from our balcony were incredible. The rooms were very clean, but appeared a little tired. They could use an update. Otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to going back in the future.

Great location but a bit tired

The hotel is in a great location between Puerto Banus and San Pedro right at the beach. We were staying jn a suite which although clean with great space was a bit tired in places abd definitely needed a rewire, sockets not working or coming out wall. The bed was really hard and very uncomfortable fir me personally. The staff were very attentive and the food was ok.

room cleaner superb. no issues reception staff very helpful. not enough pool side bar staff had to wait upto 15 mins for a drink! overall good but hotel is looking tired and needs minor repairs all round.

We knew the restaurants at the hotel were closed, what we didn’t expect was the areas to have been abandoned. It was eeery. The hotel also looked like it wasn’t being maintained whilst the ownership dispute was ongoing. The hotel was tired looking. The hotel staff did a great job keeping the hotel running, but it was a significant downgrade from past years we’ve stayed. Such a shame, with an impact on our trip.
