The resort is overall is fabulous. We vacationed with our kids who had plenty to do to be entertained (swimming, volleyball, ping pong, corn hole). Watching the sunsets from the Tiki Bar is where we spent most of our evenings!

This is an outstanding set up for families with kids. I would definitely stay here again. The staff at check in was fair, housekeeping and around the pool excellent. I thought food and drinks on site were significantly overpriced. BYOB and plan to dine out in town.

I never actually stayed at the property. Two days before my family trip, my young son had to have emergancy surgery. We had to postpone our trip. The manager at Tranquility was extremely helpful and willing to refund our money. I couldn’t be more impressed with how easy the resort made it for me and my family in our time of need. Beautiful property and cottages. Very lush landscaping and well maintained. Great location with private beach area. All that said, the 4 pools close at 8 PM every night! I was utterly shocked. You can tell a lot by a resort by their coffee service and bath products. The Coffee machine in the lobby was broken the whole time. The Coffee service in the room was sub-par with powdered creamer and sugar packets. Our bath products included a tiny tube for a family of three . Both nights I had to call the front desk and I was told somebody would bring me more, but they never showed up. Very beautiful property, but lacking details that make it exceptional
