Strong dead animal smell, had to immediately get disinfectant spray. Other than that AC was very loud and stinky. Roos were clean and nice. To close to pool for me as it was very loud and full of kids. I don’t think I will stay here again

The room and property grounds were immaculately clean and well maintained. We checked in after hours and had an issue with our key cards. The property manager arrived in 5 minutes to assist us. Excellent service! We enjoyed using the pool and kayaks. Bikes were also available. The view were fantastic.

This property was perfect for our family of 5! The kitchen had everything we needed as far as utensils and equipment. The beds were comfortable. One kid did have to sleep on the couch but we knew that ahead of time and it wasn’t an issue. It was great having use of the laundry facilities. We really enjoyed the extra amenities such as fishing poles and kayaks. Staff was friendly. Will definitely try to stay here again next time we come to the Keys.

Pleasantly surprised. Convenient location. Nice view. Two bed two small baths. Only a queen bed and two singles. King would have been better. Fridge with ice maker. Couch needs replaced. Tubs need replaced but were clean. No elevator. Manatee in the marina. Very clean but worn. We would definitely recommend.

Dated but very charming, clean, safe, quiet and private location. Parking is nice and easy! Pool is decent, although it would be nice if it stayed open a little later. The staff was very nice and accommodating (office hours are a bit limited). My only complaint is the water pressure is not great in the showers, but the water was nice and hot! Overall, it’s a great place to stay and would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed staying at The Reef. I would say that it would have been a better experience if the washing machine worked properly- does not drain. Also we had to leave at 4 am to catch a flight- we should not be ask to take off the linens and put in the washing machine before leaving. It was not feasible. Thank you
