We had dinner at the Nuvole, menu a la carte. It was fantastic and we got the best service and food ever! The surroundings of the hotel and the view from there is spectacular, a must see!

The property was excellent, quiet, comfortable, very clean, great location to relax at. Rooms we're quite big for Europe. The town of Maratea was close to the resort. Staff was very helpful expecially Lina and Roberto.

We loved the view, the pool and staff were very friendly and helpful. If we had to complain it would be the daily music was too loud and the coffee was awful.

Staff at the pool were amazing, kids club staff, unreal. Restaurant staff downstairs (only one) kinda rude lacked any speed and seemed upset we even showed up. Room was fantastic, pool so great seeing you’re staying literally on top of a mountain, be ready for a crazy drive up. With an amazing view when you get there. The front desk staff varies, some amazing and kind and helpful, others when you could find them, seemed to just avoid eye contact and run away…it was strange. We lazed, dreamily by the pool and enjoyed our time. Be aware there is only 1 or 2 restaurants within walking. Both were fantastic we made it to the closest one twice as we refused to eat downstairs more than once. And it was so fantastic we had to go again. Our daughter didn’t want to leave she had such a fun time with kids club which in turn gave us a good relaxed time as well.

What a joke. They advertise all these wonderful amenities and when we arrived there was absolutely nothing available. No spa, no beach, no tennis, no laundry facilities, no hair salon. We would never have stayed here if we had know. When we complained they offered us a free drink! I have complained through the hotel and the refuse to respond and tried to get a refund from Expedia with no luck. Don't go to this hotel if you are expecting lots to do.....there is nothing!

Si vous pouvez ,optez pour un autre choix. Ressemble à un vieux complexe de République Dominicaine ou du Mexique. Un matin nous sommes descendu trop tard il ´y avait plus de croissants et une seule machine à café pour 200 personnes. La restauration est de mauvaise qualité

La struttura è molto bella ed offre una vista fantastica, ma qui ci fermiamo, il ristorante alla carte non è in funzione, la pizzeria non è in funzione, il ristorante a buffet non offre un servizio da Grand Hotel o da un 4 stelle, e vista l ubicazione dell Hotel diventa una costrizione per gli ospiti se non automuniti. Le camere poste al settimo piano risultano essere ben arredate e di grandi dimensioni. Il personale risulta essere sempre cortese e disponibile, una particolare menzione va al metre Sig.r Roberto ed alla receptionist Giulua M.

O Hotel é enorme está muito bem localizado. Percebe-se que está meio decadente, precisando de uma reforma/modernização. O quarto para casal com filho é bem amplo e confortável. Camas confortáveis e banho bom. A vista da varanda, do nosso quarto, era incrível! Dando para o Cristo e podendo ver o pôr do sol.

Per nulla soddisfatto per la diversità di trattamento tra clienti che hanno scelto il soggiorno completo e noi che avevamo scelto solo la colazione,ghettizzati in tavolini miseri sotto un pergolato apparecchiati con tovagliette di carta e comunque data l'impossibilità di potersi muovere per visitare i dintorni liberamente ( causa strade non facili da percorrere)abbiamo comunque pranzato e cenato nella struttura .

La visuale dal Pianeta Matatea è unica e da sola merita il viaggio. Il personale è estremamente gentile, tutti, nessuno escluso. Tuttavia la struttura mostra i suoi anni e la pulizia non è eccellente in alcuni spazi.

The property is large and allows a quality inclusive experience with it's size and elevation. There is a fee to access the beach, but it was still worth the beauty and privacy. We were able to really relax at the hotel and enjoy Maratea. It's an amazing coast.
