Overall a great experience. Checking in was a breeze. The rooms are nice. Bathroom shower had hair so obviously not cleaned well.

I really enjoyed myself and gave me a home like environment and feeling they were very clean. Staff was willing to work with me when I had an issue with the people upstairs. Their water were leaking in my room. They took care of it right away that it expeditiously, they didn’t have me wait no time I really enjoyed the service and the amenities and the place. Thank you so much and I will be returning and trying to get a timeshare, this is brought to you through via voice text on Miss Collins, Apple iPhone.

The property is close to a lot of attractions but it needs some upkeep walls and the elevators were very dirty. Check in was nightmarish with incredibly long lines and the kiosks didn’t work. When I was checking out I called the desk and Keisha was extremely rude when I asked about the resort charges on my folio. She even raised her voice at me. This was my first time staying here but I think I won’t be returning especially with such rude staff.
