The problem was whem I asked to the Lobby hotel for help with my transfer from Maragogi to Maceio airport.So Ih for the transfer.I left the hotel at 10:00 pm. After when I was far from Maragogi one hour, I realized that I was going to the wrong airport (Recife) The weather was terrible raining a lot.I didn’t have a choice to return to Maceio airport, There’s no time to come back to Maceio airport.So I decided to stay in Recipe and go to Confins Airport. In that bad situation I had to buy a new ticket. And have to spend more money.I was very disappointed!

Good place overall

Overall is good, the travel plan for tourists to get to know around is bad managed, the wifi needs improvement, and the hot water and water runs low by the and of the day, and for a double room I was expecting a bigger space. The view is beautiful and the staff is very friendly.

Location is great. Rooftop pool is very good. Rooms facing north have a balcony with sea view that can't be used, without guests receiving any explanation. Very awkward. Sheets are terrible. Black outs are bad, so you are awaken at 4:30am (sunrise)

After checkin in round midnight the receptionist was very friendly processing the paperwork and give us the key to room 317. Arriving at the room we discovered that the balcony door was not to be opened since a wooden bar instaltion screwed onto the framework prevented to do so. Secondly we discovered that the aircon did not work letting us to sweat all night. Third, after using the bathroom toilet, the flush did not drain down. Because of those three proper lacks we stated the next morning our horrible experience, we were told sorry but not more than those words, whereas on the other side the conditions were held very strickt to charge full payment. We do not in any case recomend this pousada. We are now staying in a very caring alternative paying much less and having much more.

O quarto excelente, área da piscina muito boa, café da manhã excelente. Só numa observação, assim que cheguei senti o cheiro como se fosse de xixi de gato. Mas pensei que fosse dos sofás quando o pessoal chega molhado e ficou esse cheiro. Mas depois vi que tem gato na pousada. No mais tudo perfeito só melhorar na limpeza nesse aspecto do cheiro de xixi de gato na área de convivência próximo ao restaurante. Amo animais, mas prezo pela limpeza.

Atendimento fraco, check in demorado, faltando manutenção em todo o hotel (piscina, elevador, janelas, portas das sacadas, móveis, escadas com paredes com infiltração). Além do barulho ENSURDECEDOR das festas que ocorrem na rua em frente ao hotel. Pessoas ficam até de madrugada com caixas de som em volumes absurdamente altos. O hotel não possui estacionamento e as vezes é bem difícil achar vaga em ruas próximas.

Chegamos para checkin quase 17h e não tinham quarto disponível. Tivemos que esperar quase meia hora para ter acesso ao quarto, que foi outra surpresa. Terceiro andar sem elevador, sem janela, um caixote.nada informado na descrição do quarto. Luz do banheiro queimada e descarga com defeito. Na arrumação do quarto, não haviam toalhas limpas disponíveis, o que só disponibilizaram no final da tarde. Cobertores só foram entregues depois do terceiro pedido. Sinceramente, me senti enganada.
