Wonderful and thoughtful place. The designer deserves a praise for his work of art. The staff was very sweet and well trained. The view from the bedroom is breath taking. One down side, the better beach experiences are 15 minutes away.

I LOOOOOVE the food here, honestly everything. The rooms are just as nice as they are in photos. Very clean, and well equipped with quality biodegradable toiletries and well cleaned towels (very important for me). The staff is kind, and helpful. The perfect luxury experience with spa massages on site for booking and room service. Jetted tub room highly recommend :)

I had a very good stay at this hotel overall and would definitely consider coming back. The highlight of my experience was the excellent service, especially from the front desk. Mateus was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. He went out of his way to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable during my stay, which made a big difference. The hotel itself was comfortable, well-located, and had a pleasant atmosphere. The room was nice and overall well maintained, which made the stay enjoyable. The only downside was the private pool in my room. Unfortunately, it was not properly cleaned, and it remained that way throughout my stay despite my expectations. This was disappointing, as it took away from what would have otherwise been a perfect experience. Aside from that issue, everything else was great. With a bit more attention to maintenance, this hotel could easily deliver a flawless experience.

Acho que o valor não condiz com a qualidade oferecida. A localização não é adequada para estacionar, e o local não dispõe de estacionamento. A equipe não é muito solicita. O quarto em si é confortável, mas a área do chuveiro empoça todo o banheiro. As reposições de toalhas foram feitas de forma inadequada. Piscina muito quente, e durante os dias que estive ninguém conseguir realizar esse ajuste de temperatura.

Restaurante do hotel é horrível, os pratos estavam intragáveis, e mesmo devolvendo os pratos quase inteiros e reclamando, ainda nos cobraram o jantar, no final da estadia a gerente michele ainda veio nos dizer que ia cobrar o jantar e nao nos deu nenhum suporte pela experiência ruim. O café da manhã é bom, mas da pra ver que aproveitam muita comida de outros dias, reaproveitam para o café da manha e o cafe da tarde. Os quartos são lindos, tem uma linda vista e boa localização, mas a experiência deixou a desejar.

O quarto é impecável, a piscina privativa dá um charme e faz você se sentir na praia dentro do mar. O local apesar de ser próximo a orla e aos restaurantes, é bem tranquilo e ótimo para descansar. A piscina é aquecida então é perfeita para observar o mar a noite. Funcionários atenciosos e café da manhã maravilhoso.

O hotel é muito bom, a única observação que faço é quanto ao café da manhã, ele é simples e repetitivo, quem passa muitos dias acaba comendo sempre a mesma coisa, por se tratar de um hotel considerado de luxo, poderia ter um café da manhã melhor e mais variado. Outro ponto é quanto os travesseiros, achei um pouco alto e firme, poderiam ter outras opções para os hóspedes.

Hospedagem cara pelo que oferece
