“Estupendo hotel ubicado a dos pasos de estación de bus o tren y de lugares de interés y con unas vistas magníficas al río Daugava (que se pueden contemplar desde la terraza del tejado). El check in fue algo lento porque había mucha gente pero el personal muy amable, atendieron a nuestras peticiones de piso alto y la habitación tenía vista espectaculares al río y a la Biblioteca Nacional. “Overall beautiful location and hotel. But .... Staff needs to upgrade their hospitality. Bathroom looks clean, but once you look closer can see that has been wiped off with wet towel and that's it. 4* hotel but in superior room the mattress of sofa bed was horrible. Really in 4* hotel??? They say due to Covid, they clean rooms only every 3 days, but .... 1) we have baby so it means nappies and aromas that comes with them.... 2) in breakfast area are signed Face masks obligatory, but stuff...

“The apartment looked smart and newly furnished. We had a very comfortable stay and found the apartment to very well equipped. Staff were very friendly and helpful, responding promptly to any questions or requests. The short walk to the beach was a great benefit. The large supermarket was also a short walk away, for convenience. ”
