While the staff were friendly and attentive, the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. The facilities and decor are very outdated, and the property is clearly in need of significant refurbishment. Despite the excellent service, the worn appearance and lack of modern amenities detract from the overall experience.

The hotel was kind of located on the outskirts or everywhere. It was a nice place, but with no other restaurants or stores around. You had to catch a car wherever you wanted to go. There was only one restaurant, but the food was pretty good. The bar was limited.

The drinks were not diverse. They only had fruit cocktails, orange juice. They did not include Apple Juice/Cranberry Juice. Language barrier, most of the hotel staff cannot speak English. This was terrible They need to improve on that.

It is my favourite hotel in Maputo good rate for good service. I would like to recommend Expedia more transparency in pricing. In the web page it appears that VIP rate includes breakfast, but in the morning you discover that it doesn't . Is better to correct the web page. I am not so much keen of having huge breakfast in the morning but I don't like to be remembered by the waiters that my rate doesn't include it. Thank you

Hotel room wasn’t clean. The shower hard mould on the tiles and the shower head was covered in scale. Only a few of the shower head holes let the water through. The room had a sickly smell of wet/damp carpet. The room service was poor after 10pm. It came from the bar and is at best poor snacks. The breakfast wasn’t great but ok at a push. The reception staff were good and the bar looked decent.
