I stayed for one night and requested a late checkout because my flight was scheduled for 9:30 p.m. Everything was perfect until I ordered dinner shortly before checkout. I went down to the restaurant and asked for a menu, but the server suggested that I order room service instead. No menu was provided, and I ended up receiving a meal costing MZN 1,800 that I was unable to eat. The food was terrible. I was also asked to make the payment through the waiter’s mobile wallet, which I found unusual and unexpected for a hotel restaurant. I have stayed here several times- but the dimming experience was disappointing this time.

Nice hotel, excellent service, value for money

I had a comfortable stay in a newly refurbished / rebuilt, tidy hotel. Excellent service, and good food offerings in the restaurant at reasonable prices. This nice hotel provides very good value for money for those who don't require an outdoor garden. Construction work is currently still ongoing outside of the hotel.

Strong wifi throughout hotel, including my room. Clean infinity swimming pool. Staff was coutteous and competent from the moment I entered property at check in until I departed. Breakfast buffet was delicious with huge slection of meats, cheeses, breads and eggs. What a magnificent, historic hotel.
