The people were kind there was no WiFi
The mosquitoes we too much
The facilitiy was near the beach at least the restaurants were near the facility
Its ungortunate that I did book but could not reach the place. I did go to Maputo but looking at the distance from maputo, I decided to book somewhere else, so I can not say much. My money went down to drain.

NOT-SO-GOOD
The kitchen very horrible (0% hygiene), the service is non-professional to the level of you can be annoying.
I called them before the booking to ask them about the WiFi, they said: YES! we have.
then I arrived and there is no wifi.I was waiting the receptionist until mid-night to solve the problem, then she brings her phone to open Hotspot.
The location in very far for whom do not have a car! the beach is very nice.
There is a beautiful view of the ocean and you can access it from the property, nice walk on beach.
Property has a nice pool that was kept clean.
Friendly staff that helped me get on my way to mozembique, bus etc
Terrible place. Badly maintained. Lack of service. Do not be fooled by the advert. One bed had a bloodstain on the sheet, the bare lamps hang on the wire, wall sockets are out of the wall. The place is badly maintained. No meals are available, but we would have been afraid to eat there
it´s the best place to stay behind Maputo's Bayin front of Maputo's bay, with the best views. Very kindly people, thank you.

Barely a hotel
This place is barely a hotel. While the staff were friendly, the service isn't there, unless you ask and pursue. On holiday Sunday it was understaffed and the two present were going nuts. The beach was not clean like stated in some reviews. Staff would rather sit around doing nothing (or on their phones) than pick up the garbage on the beach. Internet worked sometimes in the restaurant only (great fish dinner, but don't look at the kitchen!) and not at all for the whole day (a Monday) when the manager had the day off, or so we were told. There are no bed nets in the rooms, and the first morning I killed nine mosquitoes, most of which were heavy with (our?) blood. With a little serious care and attention the great view and cheap cold beer could be complemented with an acceptable place to stay for a few days. Check out the place down the road (Gallery) for a very nice place though more expensive and a real restaurant...and O Farol Restaurant about two km down the beach towards the bridge.
Good day .
We had a very welcoming arrival from the reception assistant however Management !!!!! Management lacked soft skills , her communication skills was very poor , it’s either she needs training or she is just a miserable women , shout out to George for actually trying to fill the gaps that the Manager failed to fill.
I work in a customer service environment as well and I know what it’s like to give excellent customer Service therefore I expect it when visiting well known lodges , this lodge needs to SHUT DOWN !!! The kitchen is very unhygienic and maybe you shouldn’t clean the swimming pool when you have guests how about doing it before they arrive so they can actually make use of it !
Your pool needs to be painted and there was no insectersiders!!!

Average
My stay was just average, The language was a big barrier I couldn't communicate with some of the lodge staff members because they do not understand English
This was the worst travel experience that I’ve ever had !! The lodge was completely different to what I had seen online. The disappointment of arriving at a foreign country and being uncomfortable at your place of accommodation. I’m not even sure how this place was rated 3 stars because quite frankly, it doesn’t even deserve a star rating. This just shows that Hotels.com do not inspect the properties they have listed on their site. I am beyond upset and so disappointed and this just ruined my entire stay. The property states that they have WiFi yet they don’t. DON’T book this property because it’s a scam !!!
