We loved the property! And staff were exceptionally friendly, especially the breakfast service crew, room/bed very comfortable, lots of outlets for recharging comm devices. Courtesy iPad provided a nice touch. Couple points of feedback: hot tub tile was dirty; not enough drawer space for two people to unpack clothing.

Your hotel provides designated disability parking. However the door to the elevator is virtually impossible for anyone using, or assisting someone, with a wheelchair.

Excellent experience, except that we had to figure out how to park our vehicle. It would have been better if instructions had been provided beforehand on using the access card for parking. Overall, excellent communication throughout, although there is no front desk at the property.

I stayed at River Rock with my family, and we all enjoyed the pool after a long flight. My grandson was in ecstasy with the rock slide and he stayed in the pool for several hours. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the views of the river beautiful. My grandson wants to come back next year.

the property feels a bit tired. We didn't have wifi one night and were able to change rooms but that shouldn't happen in a large hotel. I did two business calls (from the new room) and the wifi was terrible - very spotty and glitchy. The shower was hit and miss with getting hot and the bathtub tap always leaked and the shower curtain needed to be carefully placed to stop water from going ont the floor. The sink drain was a bit clogged as it always took awhile to drain. Loved the location and the view but perhaps you can spend some money on upgrading the place to the 2000's. At this point, I wouldn't recommend it to others - would love to stay there again if you can fix the place up a bit!
