Había hormigas en las paredes e incluso en la cama. Tuve que pedir insecticida para ahuyentarlas. Las sábanas no estaban limpias, manchadas y con vellos y pelos. Hizo frío en esas noches y no tienen cobijas para los huéspedes. El personal muy atento y excelente ubicación para mis necesidades.

The hotel stuff was really nice, but it need a little update, example. They don’t have a ice machine or a minibar just one spending machine with regular coke. The area where is the hotel seems to have some kind of problem whit homeless people, actually they try to assault me on Friday noon.

I would call this place a Motel back in Canada with a cost of about $35 CAD (mid january) No frills Clean comfortable rooms with soap, shampoo with 2 decent towels provided Nice location on a busy street but quiet in the courtyard Low price with a choice of upgrading to an air conditioned room for a nominal fee

Hotel muy céntrico, cercano a las mejores playas.

Esta cercano a las mejores playas la de la Audiencia y la de Boquita, el personal amable y la limpieza eficaz, tiene una alberca pequeña que con el calor de Manzanillo es excelente, lo único difícil es el aire acondicionado ya es antiguo, pero por lo demás la televisión por cable está bien, ah, el wifi también da problemas no llega adecuadamente, es un hotel para relajarse después de ir a las playas.

Expensive hotel

This is an OK hotel. I don't recommend staying at this hotel, they charge extra for air conditioner, for people visiting during the day was is an extra 12 dlls. Manager's extremely rude, I tried to cancelling 2 nights and they didn't want to reimburse me. Online Reservation gave me one option, payment upon arrival, upon my arrival the hotel rate was higher plus I had to pay extra for air conditioner. This 2 star hotel was the same price as a 3 star hotel at the end. No visitors allowed not even during the day, weird policy. I definitely don't recommend staying at this hotel.

Excelente opcion para hospedarse.

Hotel muy comodo, habitaciones muy limpias. Las de planta baja frente a la alberca algo ruidosas. Ya no venden desayunos ahi. Pero a dos locales hay una cocina economica, rica y barata. En general la pasamos muy bien. El personal muy atento y excelente actitud. Buena ubicacion, cerca de playas y a 15min del centro de Manzanillo en camion (ruta 1). Muy Recomendable!!!
