Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. First, they gave me a wrong room—I had booked a quadruple, but they gave me a single. Then, I found a cookie inside a drawer, and a cockroach actually came out of it. To make matters worse, one of the sinks was also not working. The rooms were not clean at all. I expected a much better experience—definitely won’t be returning.

En promedio esta bien. La alberca esta al tiempo, buen detalle. Nunca nos pudieron pasar bien la contraseña de internet. El cuarto tenia la puerta inchada, super dificil de abrir y cerrar. Su vista al mar es una mini ventana, nada accesible. Y la ducha indunda el cuarto. Pero bueno, se esta a gusto sin tomar en cuenta esos detalles
