The room was clean. The staff helpful. The kitchen could be cleaner and better stocked. It would be nice to have real coffee cups and glasses. Non plastic plates and cutlery. Overall not bad.

Clean, A/C works, hot shower. The hotel is in an industrial-ish area however there is frequent inexpensive bus transportation to more touristy areas. Staff are friendly but (like most of Manzanillo) they speak very little English.

I loved the fact that the property is gated and secure. The rooms were very clean. However, the limited parking made parking an issue...especially if you are arriving late. Also, before we could leave, they had to 'inspect' our room .. and they WOULD NOT TAKE A CREDIT CARD. We had to pay cash up front for three nights.

Siempre es un placer quedarse aqui, el lugar es super tranquilo para descansar, siempre huele a limpio, se nota el esmero en la limpieza cada que vengo, el unico punto negativo son las camas, en algunas habitaciones son un poco rigidas, hay otras donde estan muy bien las almohadas son muy suaves, algo que se valora es que el mntto del A/C es bueno, no huele feo, enfria muy bien, no gotea, que es en verdad de gran ayuda en dias muy calurosos, siempre hay agua caliente y con buena presión.
