This is an older hotel in Manteo, but very well maintained. I would stay here again.

We love staying on Manteo. Pet friendly room was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Only draw back for us is the smoking being permitted outside of the rooms. We have a special needs child who is allergic to smoke and it was difficult to get in and out of the rooms without people smoking.
