We had a great time. Accidently broke the shower rod and they happily switched our room understanding it was a clumsy accident from our kids which I know could've been an inconvenience. They were polite and patient and the rooms were clean and ready. Pool was great and so was bbq location.

The property is well-maintained with plenty of yard games to keep the kids entertained. The pool is clean, heated, and there are several grills right alongside it — great for barbecuing while you swim. We travel with our dog, and this place goes above and beyond for pet owners — they even provide a goodie bag for pets at check-in, which was such a thoughtful touch. Location-wise, it's very convenient if you're visiting the Lake Chelan area. Staff members Heather and Matt were extremely helpful and answered all our questions promptly. The whole lodge has a cozy, comfortable feel that made our stay relaxing. Highly recommend this spot for travelers with kids and pets — we'll definitely be back!

The place has a lovely small-town charm, and we really enjoyed spending time in the common room. They also offer a fridge stocked with drinks at reasonable prices, along with toys for kids available at the reception, which added to the overall experience. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the swimming pool or the barbecue area, I saw many families enjoying them.
