Staff were very good. The only problem was our room was so humid. When sleeping the sheets felt wet. We tried adjusting the air conditioner but the air was so thick with moisture it felt like we were sleeping in a pool enclosure. We asked staff for help and they just turned the ac to 67!

This is definitely a 3 star hotel. We stayed for two nights for a concert since I’d stayed here before for one night (checking in around 12am and promptly checking out after a different concert). For a quick trip, it’s fine but I wouldn’t recommend for more. The room was moderately clean. My side of the bed had broken springs or something wrong with the mattress—there was a huge divet that I kept sinking into. Nothing special about the room, but nothing disgusting either. Close to gilette.

We only went to sleep for one night. We had gone to an event close by (Xfinity Center). The pool is closed. There's no restaurants or bars super close. The TV was pretty small. They only had bar soap - no shampoo or conditioner. They did have a coffee pot in the room. The room was clean. Nothing special. There is a casino with a horse racing track nearby. ~5 miles.

Room was outdated and with some weird smell in the room. Bathroom needs some update and there was very little bath supplies provided. Two soaps and half roll of toilet paper. Door is not sound proof. Cleaning lady started working and talking in the hall way not stopped in early morning. Price was marked up so high during the concert to 5-Star hotel while the room and service are only 2 stars. Location is super convenient to Gillette Stadium.

It looks nothing like the pictures. We had three rooms, one had a dead roach on the nightstand, another room had food and pills behind the nightstand, walls filthy, another room looked like only the beds were made. Our hallway had a leak so there were trashcans in the hall. Dirty property and smelt terrible. Front desk staff were nice though

Staff was excellent - everyone was kind and helpful. Room was nice, but beds were uncomfortable. Water was never quite hot. Grounds could be really nice, but the people who stay there throw garbage everywhere and it doesn't get cleaned up. There are regularly police there for problems, as well as just driving through due to vagrants in the parking lot. Still, better than many places I've stayed in that price range.

Always clean they have upgraded rooms and are pet friendly which is a plus. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are nice and big with comfy beds. Only thing they need to do now is just have breakfast and it will be the best place to stay

The hallways were loaded with debris all over the floor look like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks every single door and glass window was covered with handprints like they don't know what a bottle of Windex is it was very scary touching all these doors with all this bacteria the outside of the hotel was very dirty although the staff was very helpful and respectful the property itself seemed very unhealthy for travelers with no cleaning done at all my room had handprints all over the mirrors like nobody wiped it down in a very very long time and I was very upset because I went to this hotel to relax by the pool and the pool was closed I wish that they would update the apps to let travelers know that the pool is out of order very very disappointed😰 I also do not like that you cannot open a window for air coming in I felt very claustrophobic I think this should be some type of way to at least open the one window that you have in a room to get some type of outside air it feels very stagnant and just a very uncomfortable

Great overall. Just be aware that i did have dog hair in my room so since you allow pets provide house keeping with proper cleaning equipment. Staff were amazing & overall was a great stay other than the dog hair & limited house keeping. I this property doesn’t have laundry like others so be aware.
