Great motel, clean, friendly, close to pubs and restuarants, under cover parking, pool and good size comfy rooms! Only slight negative was the wifi, was weak and kept dropping out.

Room was neat and clean on arrival. Our mattress sloped towards the middle. Prefer a flat bed. I find it hard to sleep on an angle. Our room was not cleaned during our two-night stay - bins not emptied or biscuits topped up. Great position. Heating good. Basin slow emptying in bathroom may need attention.

The best location in Mansfield - right around the corner from the main street, and walking distance from the Mansfield Race Club. Neat, tidy, great shower and good value at that price bracket.
