Don't judge the Inn by the way it looks from the outside which looks old and dated. The rooms and the inside of the Inn were clean and comfortable. Anytime we went to the front desk to get something or ask a question, the staff was friendly and helpful. We had no issues there for the three nights we stayed.

Amidst all the bad reviews, I stayed to go to the reformatory. It was exactly what I needed. It was the coziest little place! The bed was nice and comfy, the floor was carpet. It wasn't 5 star and thats not what I was expecting at all. But th e people were nice and I had no trouble! A/C was new and quiet!

Sweet front desk staff. Really enjoyed talking with the ladies during check in. Room AC worked well, slept comfortably. The door into the room is located on the interior of the building, instead of the doors facing the parking lot. You can go out that door, you just can't come back in because they lock and the room keys don't work on them. Have to reenter your room through the lobby and interior door.

It a perfect hotel for me and the boys. Great price for myself and band of misfits. Lily at the front desk was warm, welcoming and treated us like one of her own children. The room was quiet and easily fit all 12 of us comfortably. We will stay here again next Mansfield takeover.

Disliked: Amenities
Staff is fine but the hotel is crappy. Incredibly hard mattress and no water pressure in the shower. Wouldn’t stay here again. I don’t expect the ritz when booking a place like this, but even cheap hotels I’ve stayed at have comfortable bedding and good water pressure in the shower

Hiking Holmes County.

Heritage is a budget option. It isn't fancy, and the outside areas need some attention, but my room was clean, safe, and quiet. The hallways as well, although forst floor rooms have both inside and outside access. If I were to stay in the Mansfield area again, I would stay here as it was properly priced for what it is compared to other Mansfield area motels.

Out of date but fine

This place was as expected. It is an out of date hotel that offers affordable pricing to stay. Its comfortable and the rooms are well kept over all. The AC works and it was quite while I was there. This place does not offer any kind of breakfast and the front desk is not always manned. The halls are not air-conditioned which on a hot day was not the most pleasant and there is smoking rooms which carries through the hotel as a whole. Would i stay again....probably not unless i was in a financial pinch.
