Traveled here for a soccer tournament and picked this hotel so my kids could swim in the pool. Unfortunately, when we arrived we were told that it was out of service. Would’ve been nice to know that ahead of arrival, as we would’ve considered somewhere else.

Good weekend stay in Mt. Vernon

I had a good, two night stay. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient to my event as well as a handful of restaurants. A clean, reliable hotel for the money.

Excellent value. The room was more than adequate for a budget stay. Although the property is a tad outdated, the place is beautiful and spotless!!!! I can not comment enough on how clean it was. The beds where very comfortable. Will frequent Comfort Inn more based on our experience at this location. Also, there is a beautiful pool and free breakfrast.

The hotel was great. Loved the location, within walking distance of great food. The rooms were clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Check in was easy and fast!

Josh, the manager, really saved me!! He made traveling and staying at a large chain hotel feel so human and well, comforting! I recommend the Comfort Inn. He certainly makes sure that all customers feel welcome. Thank you thank you for a wonderful stay!

Would stay again!

GREAT customer service from Sheldon. Clean but cool pool (hottub has been removed). Nice breakfast buffet. We don't eat meat or dairy so there wasn't much for us. I wish they had a big pot of oatmeal (but they had Quaker oatmeal packets) or some home fries on the hot plate. Clean & quiet room with a huuuge fridge. Close enough to downtown to walk. Highly recommend.

Overall satisfactory stay.

Check-in was excellent. Efficient and friendly. Room was clean and well appointed with convenient amenities. The bed may’ve been a bit high, making it tricky to get in or out of, especially during the night. Street sounds were loud. The reception clerk was very helpful and delightful to speak to.
