Hotel is older but was clean. Breakfast was marginal at best. Overpriced for what you get.

Wedding trip

Hotel is newer modern very clean nice hotel. We came for a friend's wedding and this was a great place to stay. Beds are extremely high for shorter people though so beware although they are very comfortable. There are several local places to eat within a short drive however they dont open till late afternoon if you arrive early.

We got in late the front desk service was great. Very friendly and more than happy to accommodate us. The bed was just straight awful. Not comfortable and the pillows were jhst as bad. After driving 9+ hrs not really what i wanted to lay on.

AC Annoying Too Close To Bed

There were a couple of things that made the stay a little challenging. First of all, at my age, carrying luggage to the second floor was difficult. Facility needs an elevator. Secondly, the way the room was arranged, placed the AC only a few feet from the bed. So all night the AC kicking in and blowing directly over the bed was annoying. There was no way to change the direction of the air flow out of the unit. The bed needs to be moved away from the AC unit. Needless to say, I got little sleep....cold....hot....cold. What would help would be to move the bed where the chair is, and move the chair closer to the window. Also....polyester in the comforter....well cotton is better for comfort as it breathes.
