Who has been writing the Reviews for this place??? The bed is plush, I loved , my husband not as much. The bath tub had cracks in it and hair in it- didn’t look like head hair either. You had to get ice from front desk and only got 1/2 bucket. The staff nice , They have long term rental there…. My sisters and another man’s reservation was messed up not sure if that was Expedia or the motel fault. My sister needed a handicap room but they couldn’t give it to her. I always read reviews before I book a place and I think this one kinda fooled me. It wasn’t terrible but it should not been given as high score as it was. I was not expecting a 4 star hotel ,but expected better than what we got.

Had to cancel reservation due to major wind and snow storm in that area and the hotel would not refund my reservation. It was shortly after the deadline when the forecast took a turn for the worst making traveling impossible. Expedia did not help me with this. I will no longer use Expedia in the future.

I was not pleased that I called after making reservation to request a room on the main level and was told that they would make a note and that this would be arranged but when I got there, they had me in an upstairs room. When I discussed this with the young lady at the front desk, she was kind and accomodating but I was put in a room then switched to another room. The bath tub faucet came out of the wall when I tried to pull up the tub plug. There was no waste basket in the room and the floor was uneven in the room which is difficult for a person with walking disabilities.
