The scenery around the holidays park is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. However, some of the kitchen utensils, like the fry pan, are quite old. So if you plan to cook in the kitchen, suggest to bring your own one.

This was a great place to stay. Right on Lake Macquarie. Very relaxing. Great cabin, staff and communication. When there was an issue with one of the toilets on site, or when aclean up neededto be done on the jumping pad, a text message was sent out letting us all know. Also liked the fairy lights around the very clean bbq just behind our cabin. And the sound of frogs in the creek behind us was amazing.

Asked for late check in as we had to travel from Brisbane, the young lady I spoke was friendly and I had no problem organising the later check in. We were only staying 2 nights to attend an 80th birthday celebration so we booked the budget room. It was enough for what we needed. The shower pressure and temperature was great. However budget room is exactly that, I wouldn’t book you want space and upper market room. It was clean and tidy, would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

We stayed in a budget cabin overnight. It was perfect for what we needed. Comfortable bed, aircon, ensuite and small kitchenette with a fridge. Also your own Bbq on the verandah. Really nice accommodation that was convenient for my purposes. Just a heads up about the non-signposted massive dip/drain in the road near the toilet block, which sneaks up on you in the dark, especially if you are in a small car! Staff were amazing!
