Vacations Close To Mankote Mangrove

If you’re planning a trip and worried about plans/things to do in St lucia if you plan on staying at Caldera don’t stress. On the property they have list of activities alongside prices and the host is always available to reach out too for suggestions or arranging taxis - The host made everything a million times more seamless making us less anxious. Whenever we took taxis they always encouraged us to let our drivers know if we need to make a pit stop for groceries all in all very hospitable. If you’re trying to get away from the more tourist heavy places as this area was surrounded by locals. All the locals were extremely friendly and helped with suggestions on things to see and do. I’d definitely go again ti redo the trip now i have expectations but without their help and support this trip wouldn’t have been as amazing. Overall staff interactions were poor, for such a prestigious brand did not feel the level of service received was that which we had experienced before at other brands. Gym facilities did not live up to expectations at all with air conditioning one of the worst ever.

This was our first time in St. Lucia and it was fantastic. The Stonefield property is beautiful and the people (Fiera!) are very welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the Ocean/Piton view villa Flamboyant (#3 on the resort map) and it was fantastic. Very private and secluded. Wonderful views of the ocean and petit piton at the same time. The villa has an outdoor shower, a small private swimming pool and air conditioning in the bedroom. There is also a full kitchen in the villa with refrigerator and oven and range. After doing a lot of research looking for the things we wanted this seemed to fit the bill perfectly and we couldn't have been happier with the location. It is easy enough to take a hotel shuttle to any of the amazing close by beached. Highly recommend snorkeling near the beach at Anse Chastanet as well as the chocolate making tour. Mud bath/ hot springs were good too! You can find more expensive resorts in the area that might feel a little more posh and polished - we visited them all while on the island - but we would likely stay here again given the relative value. Overall a great experience!!

Stayed for 6 nights and loved every minute. Resort staff were amazing. First class customer service. Loved the smaller size of the resort, all the amenities, and especially the room pool. Fun experience having an open-air room as well.
