The rooms were nice and cleaned the only thing that was weird is the closet door was the bathroom door other than that was well cleaned and everything was close by since its at the strip

The property was very well maintained but, very empty. The food court food was mostly inedible. The staff was dreadful. They were visibly miserable. They were non-responsive and negative. One of the lifeguards was observed spitting on the pool deck. The hot tub was freezing. The night manager Luis was just strait rude and aggressive. The bright spot was Trevor, he was amazing and deserves a promotion. He was as very respectful and responsive. Besides him, I have never experienced such rudeness from staff in my 40 years of national and international travel. Shocking.

Furniture on the balcony would be nice and a longer arm extension on the television.
Adding a hand held shower would be nice for shorter guests. I was unable to reach the shower head to adjust it.
I loved my stay and I will see you next year.
