We arrived late on the SS. Badger and the location was ideal! Also, the front desk staff happily offered to move a luggage cart down the hall to meet us at the entrance where we were parked. Excellent service!

Great location with a beautiful view of the lighthouse and Lake Michigan. Within walking distance of some fun restaurants and other locations. Our room was spotlessly clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hot tub was not in operation during any of our stay.

The staff were super friendly and wanting to help all the time. It was disappointing the hot tub was under repair as we were hiking lots and planned on using it and we were not informed that it was out of commission. The best thing about it was the location. Right across the river from the Wharf, some great live music on the weekend, and the right next to the Maritime Museum.

This was a quick getaway for us. The location was perfect. The room was nice enough. There were a couple small issues, but nothing that would keep us from staying her again. The continental breakfast was a bit disappointing, but that seems to have become the standard for most hotels.
