Friendly staff. Rooftop swimming pool.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Rooftop swimming pool and restaurant. Buffet style breakfast, where you can fill yourself up for the day. Hotel is in poor condition and A/C is noisy, but hotel is cheap. I have stayed here several times so can't be so bad.

I booked this for a friend and they liked how homey and laid back this hotel is. The service was also great. Their only comment is the bathroom, there's a foul odor coming from it as soon as they enter the room. Please add exhaust fans. Overall, stay was great 👍

As always… quick check in… comfy bed, good AC, nice shower, hot water, very fast room service, polite staff, quiet room even with the very busy outside surroundings… best roof top pool deck and bar with amazing view… so chilled and relaxing considering the location…

Good hotel The breakfast needs improvement, nothing to put on toasts, 3 hot dishes, same eggs always cold, only coffee with powdered milk or water. If they improve the breakfast it could become a very good hotel.

The Center of everything, MRT and LRT, Edsa is right there in the corner, MOA not too far, air port not too far, and swimming pool on the roof. INSANE DEAL

Would recommend for the price, Rooms are on the small side, pool is nice and food was good and reasonably priced, Mall in a couple of minutes walking distance, Good street food and a good location, Only thing that is a let down is luggage storage is for the day only of residence, so if you need to store luggage for a number of days while you travel and wish to use as a staging place to stay it’s not for you. 88 court yard hotel is much better bet and worth the extra cost.

Overall a great place to stay for the price. When I arrived the internet wasn’t working near my room, but the hotel staff offered to move me to another room. The following morning the internet was working great. The taxi drivers seem unfamiliar with the hotel name, but Maps will take you right to the place. I would stay at this place again.

I was only there for one night. I only slept in the bed and utilized the room service. The food was good. I ordered the Kare Kare with white rice and a coke. It did not disappoint for a affordable price. The bed was comfortable enough to sleep and there was very little noise other than the aircondition unit.

This HOTEL Surprised me pleasantly Apart from Nice Comfy Rooms Clean bathroom Its LOCATION is Ideal ots Rt Bextvto Robinson MALL ..the Nall has Everything you would need it hass nice restaurants on the orger side of hotel . The HOTEL has Everything... you would need ..to RELAX on a VOCATION. Swimming pool Movie Nights Top Floor they have a AMAZING Terrace VIEW....Resto-BAR with Happy Hours Beers Its Great VALUE for Money The STAFF waa Friendly & Very Helpful I enjoyed mybstay and i would Recommend it to Everyone & All My Friends coming from America

Like - I like hotel staff, they’re friendly, and front desk staff have an elegant uniform. Security guards are considerate too. The room we were in, was a family room, so I gave 4 star on the space and cleanliness. The swimming pool, it looks nice but unfortunately we didn’t use it. The free breakfast - consist of fried rice, 2 longganisa and 1 fried egg, it’s good. But pandemic style, it’s packed and delivered to your room. Dislike- The hotel restaurant. They have menu but it takes an hour and half before your orders arrives, I don’t know if it’s from another floor of hotel? Or came from another building. The food does not taste good, especially the fried rice. I only appreciated the calamares. The hotel restaurant, they don’t inform the diners or guests that they can singalong or karaoke with a fee of 3 songs. It would have been nice to know rather than looking bored until you lost the appetite to eat waiting for your order and feeling you’re being forced to listen to restaurant staff singing. Suggestion - the slippers in the hotel rooms, we didn’t know that it is not complimentary. If you take it home you have to pay them. With the bacteria and viruses going around us, please include the slippers in your hotel rate.

There was poop running down the front of the toilet. Grab driver told us on the way in the area is bad for snatchers and pickpockets etc. Didn't feel safe to walk the street. Staff is friendly and they have billiards on the 8th floor. But the poop on the toilet ruined any chance of a good rating.
