Liked the convenience due to proximity to restaurants, shopping and artistic holiday decorations and Venice like ambiance. What I did not like was the aircon leaks water condensation and may drip on your bed or luggages if they happen to be standing under it. I also squished a small roach which fortunately was the only creature I found during our 2 night stay. Water or moisture attracts insects. Overall, our stay was pleasant and the room was generally clean.

The property looks nice and clean but unfortunately there is a smell thats coming from the closed sink. They tried to remedy by putting some aluminum insulation tape but it didn’t help at all. The smell is way too much that you just can’t appreciate the place.

The first three buildings we go to (there are 8 bldgs) don’t know where we are booked we have to searched in 3 bldg . We were able to find a vacant unit in one bldg but the room was terrible. Look like a cheap motel and no working air conditioning. We find another in 4th bldg but it was not as expected as advertised. Don’t look luxury at all. We have to pay again as it’s owned by individual owners and not part of Venice Grand Luxury as advertised. Very bad experience. Don’t book here.

Luxury Residence that Lacks the Luxury

The owner of the unit is very responsive and helpful. However, the concierge at Belini Tower was not that accommodating (from the security guard to the receptionist). They did not assist us properly in providing direction. We didn't know which elevator leads to the right tower. We got lost and wasted precious time before we found the correct unit (after going up and down different elevators). Poor signages. Not so ovious visual directions in the lobby. No one asking if we needed assistance (we kept asking but the directions given us were incorrect). In fairness, the unit owner apologized for the miscommunication. The room is clean. The A/C is strong. Hot water is working. But we can't close the bathroom door because the washing machine's water pipe is obstructing it. The WiFi is also not working. We reckon that it is still better to stay in an actual hotel to get better service.

The property is very convent to the mall and restaurants, just walking distance. The most hated about this place is the communication. I contact them through Expedia and it says the property will email me. I waited by no email was received or any notification thru Expedia. We went there and just found out that there’s different towers, like 8 of them. There 2 towers along the street , the first tower told me that my name is not on their list and I should try the 2nd tower which I did. The 2nd tower guest specialist told me that I’m not on the list. Asked me if I contacted the person /phone number that is listed on Expedia. I told them I did but nobody’s answering and cannot even leave a message. It’s a non working number. I beg the lady to find us any room since it’s Christmas Eve and cannot find any decent accommodation that’s within our budget. So she was able to accept us which I am so thankful with her and the security who helped us with our bags. When we get there, it’s only one queen bed with no blanket, just a quilt. I did reserve for 4 people but there’s no way for us to fit in the bed. So there’s a futton bed bed there’s no bedsheet, no blanket. We asked the front desk and they said we can tell the host by calling the number on our reservation which is a non working number. There’s no way for us to get or buy a bedsheet or towel since it’s late at night and we’re so tired from a long 18 hours flight. Drain is clogged, no extra tissue paper and cockroaches.

We were happy that the host is accommodating in allowing us to check in early 11am so we can leave our luggages. She said the room is vacant and ready. But to our surprise, it is not clean and the trash, dirty dishes, left over moldy food on the table seemed to be there for weeks already. No electricity, so lights and aircon not working. She wants us to wait to get it cleaned. But 2 hrs before 3 pm check in, no one is cleaning. We don’t want to stay in this same room for who knows what germs are lurking here this long. I had to repeatedly demand different room or refund. We were finally given a different room at 2 pm and had to wait at 2:30 at the earliest to check in. We had been waiting in the lobby all that time. The replacement room is way better than what was originally given to us and closer to the mall. Thank you host for fixing this problem. Also, there are 7 buildings and the booking confirmation didn’t mention the name of the building. I had to show the phone number on the confirmation so the receptionist can ask the host which building and room number. It will be good if the confirmation can show the building name at the least so you know where to go.
