The staff are excellent and very friendly, helpful, courteous and respectful. Starting from the security, reception, restaurant and all the rest of the staff. Room is very clean. We always enjoyed our stay at Charter House and always looking forward to see the staff on a yearly basis. Excellent location and only steps away from Greenbelt which is the shopping district, restaurants and a Catholic Church. It’s also close to the airport.

Bathroom is a bit tight. Room is clean but floor is a bit strange as it’s not completely flat though safe to walk on. Location is perfect as Greenbelt 5 is literally just across the road. I will definitely use it next I need to stay in Makati.
