The owner whose name escapes me now, sorry, was an excellent communicator and answered all our questions and accommodated us. She even came to meet us in her very busy day. Her apartment is excellent and has everything you need for a short or long stay. It is well located near stores, food and cafes. It is very clean and comfortable.You could not find a better place to stay. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night before our flight home. We wish we could have stayed longer. Its only about 20 minutes from the airport too in a safe area of Manilla. Highly recommend.

I communicated on app in advance. Since I could not send my ID through app, they told me I can show my passport at reception. I tried to check in at booking day but receptionist told me to call the whatsapp number that is written in a expedia message. I tried it. I could call that number but no one answer, so I asked the receptionist to check my reservation and help me. She never helped me. After that, one of the security guards helped me and contacted admin staff to check my reservation. They found my booking. Although I could check in, I can’t accept the receptionist’s service.

Nice apartment with great views from the 48th floor, centrally located in Makati. Good communication from the helpful and friendly host. 2nd time I've stayed here, next time I'm in Manila I would have no hesitation staying here again.
