Very helpful staff even though I was only there for one night they helped me get situated quickly and efficiently. The room was very clean and well laid out. I had a flight the next day and I was able to easily get a ride on the shuttle. I would stay here again.

Air con ice cold, hands down that is important! Staff was awesome. Coffee in shop downstairs, top of the line!!! And the blanket was so awesome, we actually bought one!! Everything was good , maybe frigging could have been cold,but our room kept our drinks cold.

Stayed here for a few hours during our flight layover. PROS: • Few minutes drive to and from the airport. They offer free shuttle service. • Staff were exceptional. Friendly and articulate. • Clean and fresh linens and towels. • Internet is fast. • Room and closets are wide. CONS: • There are no complimentary toothpaste. No handsoaps as well. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper. • No slippers or rug for the room. • Water flow is a bit weak and slow. At first, we did not have hot water, but we called front desk and someone came to fix it. • You can faintly hear the traffic outside. • Our room has mosquitoes, which are really concerning given it is dengue season. COMMENTS/SUGGESTIONS: • Whoever trains the staff, you are doing really great. • Frequent room check in should be made to clear mosquitoes. • Please add handsoaps.
