During my first day’s stay at the Seda Hotel, my experience was unfortunately unpleasant. Upon entering the room, there was already an unpleasant odor. I initially tried to ignore it, hoping it would eventually dissipate. That evening, I went out for a massage, thinking the smell might improve by the time I returned. However, when I came back, I felt very thirsty and drank the water provided on the counter. As I opened the refrigerator cabinet, I was shocked to find a small cockroach inside. This made me extremely uncomfortable and uneasy. I immediately contacted the service desk to request a room transfer. I would like to commend the manager on duty that evening, who responded promptly and handled the situation professionally. He ensured that I was transferred to another room and made every effort to make me feel comfortable and safe. Overall, while the initial experience was disappointing, I truly appreciate the responsiveness and care shown by the staff, especially the manager.
