Not a bad place to stay for a few days in China town. The place is a bit dated which is expected for the area but clean and in good repair. Hot water heater worked fine, nice size bathroom, bedding was okay for the price. Only thing I would have liked was a fridge but the listing didn't say there was one so that is okay. Awesome front desk people. Zero problems during the stay. Out side are many Chinese restaurant, western fast food is a ten minute walk or twenty minutes if you use Grab for delivery. Fifteen minutes walk puts you into the heart of the street market stalls and most of the buildings are lined with dozens of small importers. Seemed safe enough for the Philippines. Don't drive, you won't be able to park from what I saw. The Rizal Park area, museums, and Intermurous (SP?) is a $4.00 car ride away.

Generally acceptable but need to improve cleaniness as I got 2 small baby cockroaches running around.
