Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Heater not working. Completely disturbed throughout the night because you can clearly hear the loud noises of vehicles and chatters outside. No slippers to use. The overall make over of the room is not neat. More of a boarding house than a hotel.
