Upon arrival, the staff greeted us promptly with the utmost professionalism, The room was comfortable and spacious enough for two of us for our 2-night stay. Staff were super welcoming upon arrival. Although we started with them a year ago, they remembered us as soon as we checked in. All staff members are helpful and efficient. This is one of the best accommodation values while staying in the BGC area. It is, however, important to manage expectations regarding the type of accommodation the hotel offers. This is a no-frills hotel ideal for those who do not plan to spend much time in their hotel room. The room is clean and comfortable, offering basic amenities. It offers a laptop table and a mini fridge. There is a safe that could store a 14-inch laptop. It could also take a 16-inch laptop if you prop one side up with a 2-inch thick object, like a book. The hotel offers top-notch staff service- from the FD staff who fully explain to you the hotel's policy on room cleaning and amenities to the security guards and the lobby assistants, who are all engaging and eager to provide information and assistance with your luggage and other requirements.
