Don’t go to this hotel. The rooms are so dirty and noisy. Go somewhere else. Hotel 101 is better! The staff are rude and impolite. Not the friendly Filipino usually available to help. Go somewhere else.

The room was clean although housekeeping was every other day. And the rubbish bins were full to the brim however when asking the staff to empty them. it was done with polite attitudes immediately. The staff were always very polite and overall the staff. And stay was very good.

Upon arrival, the staff greeted us promptly with the utmost professionalism, The room was comfortable and spacious enough for two of us for our 2-night stay. We were quite pleased with the cleanliness and maintenance of our room. The hotel is located in a central location that makes exploring easy. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

The staff was nice and accommodating especially the security people. I just hope they provide free towels every day. They give you one every 3 days. The bed sheets looked old and I don’t know if they changed it upon check In. When the sheets were changed after our 3rd day, it was still the old one because of the red spots on the same area so I had to call housekeeping again and the floor was obviously not clean as there were hairs all over the floor. I hope management will focus on room cleanliness.
