Overall, my stay was good. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The room was clean and the AC was excellent. I just wished that there's a microwave oven in each room. An extra roll of toilet paper readily available in the bathroom would have been great instead of me asking for it from the front desk.

Rooms are very small but amenities are okay. It has a 7-11 downstairs so for water, extra snack or a light meal you don't have to go very far. The hotel lobby is located at the 4th floor and it has a water station (dispense both hot and cold) at the lobby as well. It broke down several times while we were there, must be due to its high usage! I booked 2 rooms, one room's aircon was freezing, the other room didn't work at all and my son didn't complain to the second last day of our 1-week stay there. Apart from that, everything in the room are very well put together, it even has a mini bar and a safe for keeping your important docs. Our 2 rooms were right next to the lobby and so we could hear the cleaning crews getting in and out. The Filipinos are naturally very happy and easy going so we don't mind their giggling while working away. The doorman downstairs are very friendly and they always greet us with a great smile.

Room size was small, but adequate. Employees are all courteous and polite. Clean room and facilities. Very affordable rates. They don’t provide toiletries like toothbrush/toothpaste. Aside from one minor issue which was quickly resolved (AC was not blowing cold air, so they moved us to a different room), I would definitely stay here again in the future.
