We had a pleasant stay at this property. The hotel rooms are your basic ones and the hotel felt a bit dated, but we don’t mind that. The staff were pleasant and there was a cafe in the lobby but we didn’t get to try it. The location was great for exploring Intramuros and Binondo, so it did the job for what we needed. Would stay here again.

Our room offers the perfect comfort for a good night’s rest, and the rain showerheads adds a touch of convenience-especially senior friendly. The Red Planet Hotel in Binondo boast an ideal location, just short walk from the church, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, and only minutes away from major shopping malls.

For the price, it's very clean and has a modern look. Actual had a kettle and fridge in the room unlike many hotel chains of the same price. No pests at all! Housekeeping are VERY friendly and hotel staff overall are very helpful. Minus: no free drinking water in the room, thin walls, no phone in the room, the hotel app never works for tourists, no one answers on Whatsapp, and housekeeping is CONSTANTLY dragging furniture. There was even ongoing maintenance at night! Power tools and dragging furniture. BUT this location and BGC are the best Manila hotels you're going to find for the price. As much as I can love the Philippines, I love Red Planet Hotels.
