Hotel was in a good location for my needs. Located on a quiet side street off from Buendia Ave (main rd). The hotel was basic but clean and all staff I encountered were friendly. Plenty of eating options near by including a dine-in restaurant on the ground floor. One thing I did note was the volume of operation for the in room airconditioner. Seemed rather noisy (room 422). Had a single night stay mid March.

Bare minimum hotel; small room but good enough for a queen bed; excellent water pressure; security safe was not functional; convenient location for my purpose as well as for restaurants and covenient stores;wish it had a small refrigerator. Staff are super nice and very welcoming!
