Room was clean..although the linens are not properly washed lots of stain and the Towels are are old and looking like rags they should bleach it..aside from that everyone are helpful and accommodating. They can do better with the condition of linens and beddings. And basic amenities and water atleast. The location is very convenient, walking distance to almost everything u need.

The location is perfect for Makati and Poblacion. I walked everywhere and “Grab” app was decently priced going around Makati from the hotel. The room is decent- the price is right so you just have to think of the essentials. AirCon was strong! A+ for that. Shoutout to Celine in the front desk! She was very kind and a gracious “host” during my stay!
