The room is very basic, but air conditioning worls. No soap, and no toilet paper. It is close to Terminal 1, for around a 200php grab. There are convenience stores amd small mom & pop restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff, but they are not there 24hrs....but the taxi can find the place.

I saw the biggest cockroaches in my life! The property is not at all as clean and up kept as the images show. When the arrived the water wasn’t running. It came back on that night. The bathrooms are small and dirty. People went into our room when we were not there. Nothing was taken. Just our AC was turned off but still. Overall wouldn’t recommend.

Its in a horrible neighborhood. We took a cab there and they weren't open. We payed but had to go to another place.

I originally booked another hotel close to the airport, but it was overbooked so Expedia rebooked me at this property. The bathroom was so dirty, the pillows had mould and black stains on them and the bedding had yellow stains. I would not stay here again.

the building next door is under construction, the noise starts early around 7am "bang bang" too much, the condition of the room needs lots of improvement work. air conditioner machine is filled with dirt. the countertop is broken and it can cut into our skin if we touch it; I could not boil the water for drinking because the kettle is not working: the power outlet is broken. the neighbourhood maybe ok but, no access to private nor public transit. the shower room curtain is old and dirty with mold, the floor carpet looks old and dirty should be in the garbage. The owner or the management team should fix the power outlet and some broken things before listing the room for guests to book their stays. I dont complain about the poor location or unsafe neighbourhood but I mainly do not satify anout the room condition itself which is under the control of the management team or owner.

Not convenient for airport travel

I used this hotel for a very short time use to travel to the airport the price was right the accommodations were OK for what you paid for. The problem was its location I booked it online thinking it was going to be next to the airport and easy to get transportation to the airport but I was wrong I had a very hard time trying to find transportation to the airport I try to get to the airport three hours before my flight and I wasn’t being able to get a cab or any kind of a vehicle to come pick me up from that location for at least an hour and a half of trying the receptionist worked very diligently to help me but I couldn’t get anybody to pick me up because of its location it’s like inside a residential area .
