Conveniently located near Mall of Asia (20 min walking or a short Grab ride) and the airport (Grab ride- T1), our stay at Shore Residences was comfortable and accessible. The unit and the lobby were very clean and smelled good. The unit has all the amenities like hot water in the shower, kitchen utensils, fridge, microwave, kettle, and the A/C was cold. The host was very responsive and prepared the pass and check in instructions in advance for us. Use of pool and the gym had extra charges and were communicated in advance. There were no surprises there. One thing to note is that the reception will not entertain nor keep any parcels or deliveries ordered ie food or shopee so we need to make arrangements to meet delivery guys. Overall a pleasant stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at SMDC Coast Residences in Pasay, Manila, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is a huge plus it’s conveniently situated along Roxas Boulevard, making it very accessible to key spots like Manila Bay, Mall of Asia, and even the airport. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, the convenience really makes a difference. The room was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I loved how cozy yet functional the space felt. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly (a must in Manila!), and the overall ambiance was relaxing. The view especially during sunset was absolutely stunning. The amenities were also impressive. The swimming pool area was well-maintained and perfect for unwinding after a long day. Security was tight, and the staff were courteous, helpful, and responsive whenever assistance was needed. Overall, I highly recommend SMDC Coast Residences to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and conveniently located place to stay in Pasay. It offers great value for money and a pleasant stay that truly feels like a home away from home.

- The place is conveniently walkable to and from MOA, which I really liked. However, it was quite noisy in the hallways around 2 a.m., and the neighbors didn’t seem to be considerate of other guests. - The washing machine in the unit is pay-per-use. Also We were three people staying, but the unit only provided one blanket and a pair of pillows, and additional bedding comes with an extra charge. I wish I had seen that information in the ad before booking, but it didn’t seem to be mentioned anywhere. Otherwise the place is nice and clean. Great for solo or a couple, just make sure to bring extra blanket for the 2nd person if you don’t want to pay extra. The host was accommodating and responded to texts quickly.

Just be mindful of rules. You can't flush T.P., as it must be bagged. U R resposible for washing dishes, and discarding trash before U leave. Just understand this before U stay and you will be fine. 5 minute walk to restaurants and 10 to mall.

Confusion at check in, no one there to meet you, no communication offered between myself and local manager, all communication done by email to owner who i believe is overseas. Lost a nights accommodation because of this and haven't been reinbursed. Manila Daze need to sort their logistics out, and how they operate this system. Teresa local manager is very good. Condo is nice, facilities excellent, but the administration side will make sure i don't stay here again. Then before you leave you receive a message telling you to clean up otherwise they'll charge you from your credit card which they have saved online. All in all not a good experience and I have stayed in other condos with no problems at all. It needs to be run better by the owners.

Property/room description on Expedia is not the same as room condition: Dirty, with full of dust; Towels and blankets were in the balcony and not fully dried; No good bath ventilation; Shower water pressure is low; Room says premium with pool access, no pool access, my room was 11th floor, also you need to pay for pool access; Washing machine in the room is locked, you have to pay for unlocking. Overall this room is not compatible for renting!!!
