Me and my fiancee were actually really impressed with how good this place was. Clean, professional, cozy and a great view of the city. It’s walking distance from Robinson’s Mall/Center which was is a big plus for me and the future wifey. Also, customer service as well as security were very accommodating and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

The property is ocean-facing with a stunning view of Manila Bay. The unit itself was beautiful, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was Mel, the local host. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me and my group, and her kindness really stood out. The only small challenge was parking—there’s just one space for all the units on a first-come, first-served basis, which wasn’t clearly noted. Even then, Mel stepped in right away and went the extra mile to help my coworkers secure street parking. Thanks to her, everything worked out smoothly!

Great views. It's one of the biggest rooftop pool in the area with great views. The gym and game room was great. We stayed in the superior room which was spacious and had a large king bed, big furnished balcony with amazing manila bayviews. We also visited their luxury condos which have a fully modernized bathroom and tile floors throughout. The roo.s are well maintained for the value you get.

My room was overlooking the Manila Bay which was a great view. Room was very clean and you have everything you need. The best part was Melanie who was so nice and friendly. She accommodated my requests and communication was excellent. Superb service.

the suite is outdated which is very obvious especially in the washroom. evident of rust stains. the only thing good is the sea view.

The view of Manila Bay is one of the few things I would recommend about this property. Out of three different rooms I stayed in two of them had roaches and ants especially the last room. Nothing like turning on the lights in the middle of the night and watching the roaches run! Two of the rooms the bed sheets smelled like BO. The door leading to the balcony in the last room had such a gap around it the wind was blowing the curtains and water was coming in at the bottom of the door from the rain. The prices they charge are definitely high for what you get. I would not recommend.

Fire hazard building per city’s official sign

This condo is located on the 36th floor of the building. The entire building was red taped by the city as fire hazard. An official sign posted outside of the building. We did not find out until the night before our check out. The condition of the bathroom was horrible. Sink with rusted plug and stains. The couch pads were dirty with discoloration. The safety and cleanliness is way below standards.
