I recently stayed at Inn de Avenida and overall had a pleasant experience thanks to the incredible staff. Every member of the team I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The receptionists, cleaners, and security guards all went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They are a real asset to the hotel and deserve recognition for their excellent customer service. The only downside was the condition of the bathroom. The toilet had a persistent unpleasant smell and leaked twice during my stay, which was disappointing and needs attention. I hope the hotel addresses the maintenance issues because the outstanding staff truly make this a welcoming place to stay.
