The staff working at the hotel were all very friendly. Room service was attended to rather quickly as well. It left a very good impression! Well done and keep up the excellent service!

very poor network signal. wifi is very poor. price is expensive for the room quality. bidet is not really working properly. Sink does not drain properly. No hot water from the shower. Outdated.

Our stay was definitely not so clean and so good. There were a lot of things wrong with our stay. When we got there to check in at around 8pm (reservation was made earlier in the day) they didn’t even have our room ready. The toilet lid/seat was not screwed on, and we found pubic hairs on the toilet and the floor next to the bed. Towels were old and stained. Overall a disgusting stay. Very close to PITX but honestly I’d rather commute to the bus station than stay here again.

I needed a place to stay for 8 hours since I had a midnight flight and was unable to book a half day rate at the hotel I was staying at the previous 3 nights. It was clean but Sogo seemed designed for couple checking in without luggage and probably not spending the night (if you get my meaning). It was worth the price just to have a place to leave my luggage and head to Mall of Asia to waste time before my flight. One clean sheet on the bed and the bedding and towels came in a plastic bag.
