Chinatown Experience

The hotel is good for the price. Room not spacious. Bathroom lacks more amenities. No hand towels, no wash cloth, and shower room feels unsafe especially for the elderly or seniors. No hand bars to hang on prevent slipping . But the hotel is just at the side of a large and beautiful mall. Very close Divisoria for shopping. Enjoyed our stay 😃😃

Minus the convenience of the location, the hotel itself was very disappointing. Stained rugs in the lobby and in the room, stained side bench in the room, no towels , broken desk lamp. I don’t think it’s fair for me to blame it on the staff but I have a feeling it is just poor management. Comfortable with the fact that their location offers the best in the area and so there’s not much effort in being able to provide a cleaner , more pleasurable hotel stay. I have always stayed in hotels during my travels and this one definitely did not meet my expectations even when comparing it to the other hotels of the same type category.

Hotel people all very kind and helpful aircon in the room is very strong . Mall which has got everything you need is just next door. ——— Issue is the noise outside but It is to be expected given the location And u won’t hear it once you are inside ——— Also you enter into an aircon-less floor then use an aircon-less elevator to get to the aircon-less check in area . This is the hotel trying to cut cost so you can pay less . ——— Don’t expect too much from the buffet . Better spend your extra $8 by going to the adjoining mall or street vendors. Overall , I think it was a great experience . My spoiled brat of a son didn’t even complain! Thanks to the staff for their warmth and kindness.

Security is a high priority. Rooms are clean, water can be almost hot, staff is friendly and helpful. Most of all, they generally do not bother me. Hotel is connected via footbridge to the parking area of the adjacent mall, so easy access to decent mid-tier shops, a lot of dining options. Much lower priced shopping options just down the street. Numerous trikes available in front of mall for quick and reliable transportation. Overall, I'm pretty pleased.

There are just so many things went wrong. The keys won’t work the first day upon check in. There is no hot water for two days. The bathtub is broken so they give you a bucket to fill up on your own. No hot water is connected to bathtub and they described as specialized features lol. Every room services needs to call up at least three times to get serviced. Breakfast was bad stale and stop service one hour before close. Staffs are rude and refused to help. The worst is they refused to give the security deposits back because they required an authorization release form for your own deposit. If you feel like being abused mistreated and neglected, this roach hotel is perfect for you.
