Our other accomadation had no electricity hence my medication would not survive, Staff got us into the room at 9am for a little extra but no other hotel would.

Amazing hotel, should be 4.5 star to 5 star. Well maintained, always clean, tidy. All employees are nice, polite and hard working. Just have to mention someone who is special: 1) Victoria the Manager is polite, patient, professional, helpful, humble and hard working. Had my birthday and Victoria the Manager and all employees surprised me with a birthday cake and a Happy Birthday song..thank you.

The hotel smell like inside the hospital light is so dark customer service is good but the rest of the property is terrible after I check in , I immediate check out.I don’t even think twice even I know I lost money in the process

This is a great hotel, but needs some updating.. the mattress is hard & lumpy, shower tile grouts are dark & grimy, towel racks are falling off the wall etc. But service is friendly, room rates are fair, pool is inviting, and the aircon is cold!

Herald Suite Solana has alot to offer. For the needs of our constant visit to Makati, its location was convenient. The entire staff is helpful, courteous and just service minded. All requests were attended to in a timely manner. The rooms are clean and tidy, but there's always room for improvement. Create a monthly audit on maintenence issues. Light bulbs needs to be changed to brighter ones. All shower heads needs to be cleaned and disinfected. All bathroom walls need to be inspected for molds. These are minimal concern of mine but that's where I would start to make ones stay more impressive. This hotel is highly recommended.

フィリピンのお食事が苦手ですが朝ごはん納豆やお味噌汁が飲めます。ホテルはバスタブがあるので嬉しくスタッフさんの対応も最高です。 コンビニやスーパーは少し離れてるので買い物は大変でしたが移動はグラブなので問題ありませんでした。 仕事で来てましたがまた来る時は泊まるかもしれません。 予約もエクスペディアが良いと思います。
