We stayed here when we arrived in the Philippines and when we left. The staff was very nice and helpful when we needed something and the rooms were very clean. We stayed there on our way out of the Philippines because of our initial experience was so pleasant. We opted for the breakfast and it was a nice spread buffet of pretty much anything you wanted.

The roof top pool & restaurant were nice, the staff excellent. There is a smoking area away from diners so I could smoke my cigar without being harassed. Love it. Also it is in the middle of everything.

I always stay here because it’s like a five star hotel with four star pricing. The duty manager (Rich) goes overboard to make sure guests are satisfied and enjoy their stay. She makes a good hotel even better! From the housekeepers to the doorman, everyone is so pleasant to deal with and treats guest as they should be treated. I’ll always stay here on my trips to Manila.
