Staff were friendly, hospitable, and professional. The room is clean except for some scuff marks on the bathroom wall. It shows mediocre maintenance not just the room but throughout the building.

Great newly built hotel! The property is kept very neat and clean at all times. I stayed in a one-bedroom Premier Superior room, which was very spacious and included a sit-out area, a kitchen, and a washer-dryer. The hotel also features a gym and a swimming pool on the 8th floor. Numerous shopping areas and food places are just a 5-minute walk away. The best part is that it's slightly away from the crowded areas, yet everything is within walking distance. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were attentive and helpful.

Staff are very nice and so helpful, specially the security is so nice always with smile and willing to help anytime… Jaspher and Romz .. thanks to Remie the lead security i think, you know how you help us while were there dont want to mention the incident that happened, only the bad things is the cleanliness in our room, they should talk to the housekeeping dept so they can improve more re cleanliness

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Their pool is under renovation but they go out of their way to arrange the use of the pool from another hotel. Only has 2 elevators so there could be a wait during busy hours.

Excellent stay at Citadines Roces Quezon City. The room is clean and new. And as a hotel at the same time a service apartment is a great experience and very convenient for those who like a long staycation. Their staff are friendly and a breakfast buffet is really good. And as a furparent a sweet stay with my pet is a big point in us. Off course lets also do our part to be a responsible pet owner, follow the rules of the hotel and be considerate for others because Citadines open their door as a pet friendly hotel so we have to appreciate in both ways. Highly recommended for those near in QC area.
