I love my stay here rooms are very clean, breakfast is good staffs are very helpful and nice, for the price that i paid with breakfast you can never go wrong with it it's within my budget!! The rooms are way better than I expected to be, well maintained and how spacious it is.. i love it i will definitely come back here on my next visit in Philippines.

This hotel is very dog friendly, they love visiting with your pup during your stay and while you’re going in and out the lobby walking your dog. I found that Manila metro BGC Makati is pretty difficult to find accommodations that are dog friendly unless your dog is the size of a tennis ball. I travel with a 50lbs mountain cur (23kg) and this hotel was extremely accommodating. The room, the service everything is stellar. The laundry service on site is extremely helpful and the nighttime views from the rooftop infinity pool are outstanding. By for the nicest place that I stayed at while in Manila. Highly recommend, you will not regret it. They have a very nice restaurant and bar downstairs in the lobby. If you know anything about Makati area, having a nice safe place to have drinks enjoy your stay and relax while you’re in town whether on business or vacation is priceless. If you have any issues whatsoever, ask for the manager, Mr. PJ- he will personally go out of his way to make sure you are happy and completely satisfied with your stay. I’ve stayed at this hotel two different times for several days each, and I will definitely stay again next time I’m in town.

First stay at Citadines Benavidez Makati and was pleasantly surprised with the complete room amenities. The washer/dryer combo machine was excellent! Some concerns during my stay: First issue is the access to their WiFi. Only one gadget can connect. I reported this issue to guest services. Second issue, long wait time before guest services pickup the phone. Third, no air conditioning in the floor after getting out of the elevator.

On the whole, I loved the staff and the facility. Couple of things could be done better. Stop advertising complimentary 1st day breakfast as you don’t get it unless you prepay for breakfast and pay extra on Expedia! How is it complimentary when I pay for it? If you do not prepay on expedia, staff refuses to honor complimentary breakfast! Ridiculous! Second found the mattress very firm, which I liked initially but by day 3 started getting backpain.
