Room was not clean. Food crumbs everywhere. Shower drain backed up with hair and didn't drain. Shower drain looked disgusting once you removed the filter. AC worked good. TV was small for a 3 star hotel. I've had 2 star hotels with bigger TVs. No cable, no smart tv to watch anything. Just an overall unplesent stay.

I booked this for my mom and sister via Expedia. I messaged the property to ask if there is anything I could send them to ensure smooth checkin for them. The property never responded via Expedia. My sister called the day before and was assured there will be no problem. On the actual day, the staff made checkin difficult due to this fact and was challenging who spoke to my sister the day before. It really dampened the impression of their stay. Otherwise, the hotel was an excellent location when you need to do something in the baywalk area. Very close to US embassy. The hotel is old but clean. My sister had no issues with the stay except for the check in experience. The concern is not about being asked proof of checkin. It’s the poor communication.
